Conference and Banquet Facilities
To take the stress out of arranging catering for your event, Darebin Arts Centre has appointed an on-site caterer & event manager. This means that although self catering is not permitted within the centre, we are committed to providing you with the best possible selection of menus - using the highest quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers - at competitive yet affordable prices.

Special dietary requirements such as Halal, Kosher, Ceoliac, Gluten Free and Vegetarian can all be accommodated with ease by prior arrangement.

Presented below are some suggestions for various conference packages (including room and audio visual hire rates, catering options and terms and conditions) however we are happy to design personalised packages that suit your specific requirements and budget.

The Grevillea and the Jacaranda Room
A circular multi-purpose room utilised as either two separate conference spaces or as one large room accommodating up to 400 theatre style. Also suitable for seated dinners up to 300.

The Acacia, Studio & Waratah Rooms
These rooms are suitable for functions accommodating from 30-160 guests. The rooms offer views of the Ray Bramham gardens.
