| In Person | | Box Office Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. The Box Office is located within the foyer space of Darebin Arts & Entertainment Centre, Cnr of Bell St and St Georges Rd, Preston. The Box Office is also open one hour prior to scheduled performances. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard | |
| Phone Bookings | | Bookings can be made over the phone on (03) 8470 8280. Credit card payment must be made at the time of booking. Transaction fees of up to $3 may apply. We accept Visa and MasterCard. | |
| Online Sales | | For certain performances tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day. Transaction fees of up to $2 may apply. We accept Visa and MasterCard. | |
| Ticket Collection | | Tickets booked by telephone or online will be held at the box office for collection Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, or on the night of the show. Please present your credit card used for booking and/or photo ID. | |
| General Information | | All patrons must hold a valid ticket to enter the theatre. There is no food or drink permitted in the theatre. Flash photography and filming of any performance is not permitted. Prams may not be taken into the theatre.
There is no refund or exchange on tickets.

| Babies in Arms | | For most performances, children under the age of 2 years are admitted free provided they do not occupy a seat and are held on the lap of a parent or guardian. Please check specific information for the performance you are attending before booking as this may vary on a show - to - show basis. Some childrens shows may vary the age requirement for tickets. | |
| Access to Theatre | | Wheelchair Access to Theatre There are a number of designated wheelchair seats in the theatre, please notify Box Office of your requirements when booking tickets. Seats are available in the front row for patrons who wish to transfer. Wheelchair access is available to the stage via a lift accessed through the auditorium.
Steps in Theatre There are no steps for A & B rows. Rows C through to R are only accessed via stairs, a handrail is fitted to assist patrons.
Walkers and Prams Walkers and prams are not permitted in the theatre during performances, however they can be used to assist patrons to their seats. Our friendly Ushers will then store the walker or pram until the conclusion of the performance. | |
| Special Requirements | | Hearing System The Centre has recently acquired a Phonic Ear Hearing Augmentation System that complies with Australian Standard 1428 and provides assistance to both people with hearing aids, and people with hearing loss who do not wear hearing aids. Please specify when you are booking tickets if you would like to use this system. Our friendly ushers can assist you with how to use this system.
Companion Card We accept the companion card. The Companion Card is for people with a significant permanent disability, who always need a companion to provide attendant care type support in order to participate at most available community venues and activities.
